The UFIND concept is an Australian based program, created by George Helou from Verve Education, Perth Australia.
It is a ground-breaking 5 steps process of learning how to adopt a better approach to solving problems, rather than letting them overwhelm us and default us into a situation of damage control.
The process enables us to learn to shift our perceptions, identify blind spots and brings clarity to situations and challenges, to enable breakthroughs and find solutions.
Objectives of UFIND
- Creating a critical thinking process with the purpose of re-calibrating our perceptions of situations to find solutions
- Identifying and understanding our assumptions in challenging situations and learning how these assumptions create bias and blind spots
- You will learn tools on how to create re-alignment, and adopt a balanced approach when confronted to challenging situations in your workplace as well as in your personal life
UFIND is run as a FULL DAY workshop, face to face and can also be tailor-made as a group from same organization, looking at working as a team to obtain breakthroughs and solutions within a department.
It is now an MQA approved course.
