INTRODUCTION

The Health2bfree.com blog is my story, born out of my lifelong health challenges and how being healthy, both emotionally and physically slowly became my way of life.  So often, when we are going through tough times, we feel that there is no one out there who can understand us or help us. My psychologist (I guess we all have seen one, at least once in our lifetime!) told me that one of the best stress relievers is to put your thoughts on paper and then, when all done, throw them away.    I decided to follow her advice with the exception being, that instead of ‘throwing the letters away’, rather post them on a blog, as maybe someone else out there could relate to them and can share their experiences as well?  This is how it all started…
