Reflection time

In every difficult situation, there is always a silver lining and 2021 has been no different!

Time to reflect on the positive lessons that this year has brought us..

Let us dive in..

Exposure

We are creature of habits who find comfort in our routine actions

We often long for change, but often cannot understand why it is so hard?

To make significant and sustainable change within ourselves, we need to think ‘beyond’ our current environment.

We need to expose our mind to a new environment to allow it to re-program new permutations and combinations for new outcomes.

How do we do this? By learning and acquiring knowledge…

Through this process, our mind re-programs itself with new options, and breaking old habits.

Knowledge

But how to make these changes permanent so that old habits do not keep on creeping back in?

The key is to identify what makes us Think, Feel, Act in a certain way and the sub-conscious assumptions that makes us act that way. As our actions and feelings are based on 95% of our sub-conscious!

Start now with unravelling sub-conscious beliefs and breaking the chain of habits that sabotage your ability to acquire sustainable knowledge that can change your lives forever!

You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it – Albert Einstein

“I wish that you will find inner strength to embrace change, in a joyful and inspiring manner.”

“That you also find the opportunity to create mind shifts that allows you to see life as an amazing playground full of exciting potential”

Best wishes for 2022!
